main features
It enhances the compressive strength, tensile strength, thermal stability, wear resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and other abilities of polyester tires, ultimately increasing their lifespan.
technical requirement
The requirements for polyester tire used for asphalt waterproof roll materials are relatively high. In addition to the requirements for the polyester tire itself, the surface of the machine must be uniform, free from bumps and must have a neat surface. For our polyester tires of different grades, the corresponding breaking capacity, width deviation, and elongation at break are all different, as shown in the chart below.
Packaging and transportation
1. Use professional packaging paper for roll packaging.
2. During transportation, pay attention to keeping it cool and dry to avoid the invasion of rainwater, sunlight, and fire sources.
3. During storage, the general shelf life is one year, including fire prevention, waterproofing, moisture-proof, and sun protection.
Product testing
We have conducted immersion tests, bending tests, and water resistance tests on each batch of products. Sampling shall be based on the same variety and specification of the production batch number as the inspection batch. A corresponding number of rolls shall be randomly selected from a batch of products according to Table 2.
